Geocaching is a hight-tech treasure hunting game played throughout the world by adventure seekers equipped with GPS devices.
I believe this could be a ton of fun for the kiddos. People have buried treasure and give you the coordinates to find it. You can find tons near you.

I have been trying to get Dan and Heather to do this. They love going on hikes, One day while in the Cuivre River Park by us they came upon and Geo Box. I am pretty sure when they can afford to get a GPS, they will do it. I would love to do it. I have been reading about them on and off for a couple years now,
